That is how your mind are often controlled by your thoughts unknowingly.

So change your thoughts into positive to urge a positive mindset.

You should hold a positive mindset to become an optimist 


Though it’s not a simple thing to carry a positive mindset or optimistic attitude, you'll do this by daily practices.
